mine has 35's and 105,000 mile and like i posted 25,000 on level kit and tight as new. (i dont off road much) i have gone so long with not mudding this truck now i cant bring myself to do it, i do hunt with it and play off road but no river water or mud.
I buy nothing but fords. Its not the Ford's fault that the leveling kit kicked it in the nuts! Installed the real lift from procomp myself in about. 4 hours with a lift and the correct tools.
Not sure what was used to lift my truck but it is about a 3-4" lift and running 35's. Currently in the shop getting a new front differential. Not happy now but Im sure I will be when I get her back.
Only had the truck for about 45 days so have no idea what the former owner did to it. I started with the front actuators and finally ended up at the dealership and the front differential was in pieces inside. Seller is paying for all the parts on the repair so Im coming out ok. Will see how things go in the future.
well Ford dealer or any auto parts have the lower control arm ball joint separate, but i think you have to buy the whole top upper control arm becouse the ball joint is married or welded on together
you may consider changing all the ball joints now that you going to do the leveling kit, you save your self a head ache and wouldnt have to take the front suspension off again in the future
