Got a D66 turbo and begged for help, didn't get any!! Good luck in getting them on the phone for a return authorization number. They are fast to take your money though!!

Wow Glenn, I didn't know you had such a bad experience with Beans. With the brass donuts you have to do a hot retorque on them to get them to crush enough to seal. They are a good idea, just kinda sucks to get them sealed up.

OP, on the IDM, I haven't heard of anyone having a problem with them. Might see if they will take it back and give you another one or get one from Swamps that is high voltage and high frequency.

Send them plenty of emails. I recall Bean saying his guys answer emails while on the phone answering tech calls, too, so calls might not go through with lines tied up but emails always do.
I bet they'll just swap it out for you.

Travis, I tried to do a hot retorque on them but my hands aren't little girls hands, LOL. It will be Nov now before I get the bellows in!

You will probably get your uppipes put in before I do Glenn. LoL. I have a bunch of parts to put on when I pull the engine out...

OP, I agree with Jim. They are an extremely busy shop. Email will probably be the best way to contact them about this issue. I'm sure they will send you another one.

You know Travis, those up pipes are sitting at home waiting for me to get there but in the mean time I wish I had ordered the ceramic ones. I might give Riffraft (sp) a call and see if he would exchange them. IIRC, you memtioned a place that would coat stuff?? I don't know what way would be more reasonable?
