Auto trans problems

My truck didnt want to drive forward when the trans is cold. I found that the fluid level was low so I added Lucas trans fix and a quart of b&m slick shift and it was perfect afterwards. Not being able to leave well enough alone I decided to change the fluid and filter and I also added a remote filter kit. For 2 days it funtioned fine, then started acting up again so I added another bottle of Lucas and it helped a little. I do know that I suck at installing rubber gaskets and my pan gasket leaked both before and after but the first 3 days after the fluid change the level was good, or a little high and it was still not wanting to go forward when cold. Basically I back it out of the driveway into the road and put it in drive, wait about 30 seconds, get tired of that so I give it some gas, then if I am lucky about 20 seconds later it will jump forward and work fine. Could it be the torque converter?? Pump? Valve body?

You are sure it is full, checked whet hot in park? Sounds like it is a little low on fluid. If not then it could be the pump is getting a little tired and needs the extra revs to get the pressure up. If it is going I would swap it out for a good manual lol. I still have the c6 out of mine laying in the shed and will never miss it.

If fluid level is OK then my guess would be hardened/worn forward clutch servo seals.

The level is perfect on the stick, it hasnt leaked very much in 2 days so I think the final level is even with the pan gasket. I wonder if it really needs a little more in it since it seams to work pretty good before it sits for 2 or so nights and theres a puddle on the ground a little smaller then a small bath mat.

The intermediate servo seams to be leaking as its completely clean below it. Can it be removed with the trans in and nothing will fall out so i can put a new gasket in? Is there even a gasket behind it?

I do need to install a thermostat on the cooler, as the lines are never really that warm and my gauge that I just installed has never registered and its lowest temp is 140.

Thanks for the help guys.
