Fuel pump shutoff??

My 1989 F150 6cyl was starting and running fine. Then it was not started for over a month. When I tried to start it the battery was full charge and the starter worked fine but the engine didn't give any hint of trying to fire.

Is there a fuel cutoff reset button, and if so where? I was told the kick panel on passenger side, but nothing there I could find.

The passenger kick panel is just the location for the 92 and up trucks...yours is under the driverside dash on the firewall.
