Sorry, I am on a slow internet connection and on a time crunch so I apologize if this question has been answered before. -
I have a 1999 F350 PSD 7.3. There is a part located on the lefthand (drivers side) side of the engine located directly underneath the exhaust manifold and powersteering pump area. It currently is leaking a massive amount of oil. What is this part? It appears to be attached to the engine block. Is this an oil pump? Or ??? It appears to be leaking from a seal. Please help. Thanks.
Does it hurt to run the truck (obviously if it runs out of oil thats a problem) a little bit to move it? Can the antifreeze and oil intermix?
You have the outer o-rings going so it will loose oil and coat the engine and oil cooler. If the interior o-rings go, then you will have a mess where the oil and coolant will mix and it is almost an impossible task to get the gunk out of the engine at that time. Do the repair now before you have a big $ repair bill.

Thanks for the info. Thats why I love this forum! Also, Guzzle, not big plans to take it on a trip, just wanted to know if it was ok to start and drive it into the shop. Will definately get a kit ordered and fixed right away. Thanks everyone!
Yeah try not to run it more than you have to, 'cause once you start getting coolant in the oil it makes a friggin sloppy mess and coolant is real bad for bearings!
