ELK hunt

wow I just looked at my ELK tag, my hunt starts in 15 days I should think about getting something ready, or at least remember to go hunting!

Where were you drawn? I've kind of given up on elk hunting in Arizona. I buy a bonus point each year and when I have a bunch of them saved up I'll try the draw again. I have a bison/elk hunted booked for mid December in New Mexico this year. It's a good thing I bought the new Super Duty, we'll have a ton of meat to bring back.

Have fun Guys. I gave up hunting when Nevada went to the draw system. It seems the people from out of state get preference. But now that I'm out of State I might have a chance.
