koeo 11 13 34 nothing new here. koer 33 25. 33 says egr isn't opening which makes sense since 34 code said the evp or pfe failed closed. 25 is something about knock not being sesnsed. That sounds like a good code to me.

I'd disconnect the battery for 5 mins. to clear the KAM. Forget about the #25. Test error.

Ok so I found that I have no voltage to the ect but when I pull the connector the cel comes on.

I thought you said disconnecting the IAC at warm idle, effected the idle?

It changes the idle but not a lot. new iac does the same.

I show 11.3V w/ key on. It's difficult to make contact to the connectors w/ the probes. I think that's your problem.

That sounds like a sensor voltage. Testing the two wire IAC connector? Try going to ground from the connections w/ key on.

8 volts at iac. Just saw some arcing by the coil.
what does that mean?

I was checking voltage koeo plugged iac back in and started her up still had the hood open and saw the sparks between the coil body and insulator.

It's ain't good! From the coil HV output to the Dist., at the coil connection end?
