I dont think the late 99's have the OTW trans cooler in the radiator?
so I would go with the 6.0 cooler, its about the biggest I have seen.
I added the radiator and a Tru-Cool 40,000 gvw on mine. I also remover my stock cooler. It runs about 160 when it's in the 90's. Haven't towed with it yet.
