Balljoint adjustable bushing

Balljoint adjustable bushing
I have a 89 f150 2x4 reg cab short bed. I put a 82 bronco front end under it and i'm changing the balljoints and puttin a 2" coil spacer on. Just got my dual axis adjustable bushings from bronco graveyard and they only slide down the balljoint till it starts to taper. The factory ford bushings have the taper in the bushing. Has anyone used these bushings?? if so did yours fit, or did ya taper them yourself. i'll try to get some pics up. Thanks

I had them in my old 91 F250. They worked fine. I had one wheel way off, I think the axle tube might have been slightly bent. I had done a bunch of front end work, balljoints, and such and realized i had them so just indexed the one by eye (tapemeasure) and took it to the alignment shop and all was good.
They were in it when i got the truck at ~250,000 and worked fine till i sold it at 400,000..... (adjusted one of them at around 375,000)
