Grilles, Grilles, Grilles: Give Your Super Duty a Fresh Platinum Look

Available in the Ford Truck Enthusiasts Marketplace, Super Duty Platinum grill will fit on your 2017-19 rig.

Looking to dress up your new Ford Super Duty? Before you hit the aftermarket, why not hit up our Ford Truck Enthusiasts Marketplace? Our vendors and forum members might just have what you need, whether it’s new light bezels, chrome valve covers, or even a whole new dash.

Just the other day, we found something for those who either own a 2017-19 Super Duty Platinum, and might have a busted grill, or didn’t get enough chrome when purchasing another Super Duty trim: a Super Duty Platinum grille up for sale by Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum member Loonis.

“17-19 Super Duty Platinum Grille takeoff includes blue oval emblem,” the seller says. “Truck had 600 miles at the time of removal. No scratches, no broken tabs.”

There’s plenty to take in about this Super Duty grille. We’re guessing it was removed because the seller decided to go for a different look with his truck (if you look closely in the background of the top photo, you’ll see his truck with a fully blacked-out grill with what appears to be a pair of LED light bars).

As the seller says, the Super Duty grille is unblemished, with all of its orange tabs intact. The chrome is immaculate, nothing is cracked or broken elsewhere. It’s the perfect replacement for your Super Duty’s grille, especially if your truck is missing its original unit for whatever reason.

The Maryland-based seller is asking $600 or best offer for this Super Duty Platinum grille, which is likely a better price for an OEM piece than what you might end up paying at the parts counter of your local Ford dealership.

If the grille isn’t something you need, we’ve got plenty of parts available at our Ford Truck Enthusiasts Marketplace. From headlight assemblies and front fenders, to refreshed beds and Sync 3 touchscreens, you just never know what you might find at our marketplace. And of course, you can always sell whatever parts or trucks you need to move on our marketplace, too, which helps further strengthen our tight-knit community.
