Ford Performance Previews New Mustang, Ranger, and Bronco Power Adders and Packages!
Alongside a new 800-horsepower Mustang GT supercharger package, Ford Performance also has kits for Bronco, Ranger, Explorer, and F-150.
Ford Performance came to the SEMA 2023 show with a whole slew of custom concept packages. These packages are expected to be available to customers in 2024. These packages show Ford owners and future owners how they can transform their rides into custom showpieces. The 2024 Mustang leads the way with a supercharger kit that is capable of producing more than 800 horsepower. But the fun doesn’t stop there. Ford will offer vinyl wraps in 60 different colors for your Mustang, Bronco, Explorer, or F-150. There are also Ford Performance Off-Road Vehicle (ORV) packages for the Ranger and Bronco.
“Ford customers love to personalize the performance and appearance of their vehicles, especially Mustang, Bronco and Ranger,” said Mark Wilson, Ford North America Vehicle Personalization manager. “The Ford Performance parts packages we’re debuting combine the latest design trends with aftermarket accessories engineered to work with these vehicles out of the box.” These packages were developed based on customer feedback. They can be obtained via the Ford Performance Parts website or through a dealer accessory counter. The packages can be installed by either a Ford dealer or an ASE-certified shop. Pricing will be available closer to the on-sale date for each item.
Ford Mustang FP800S Concept Package
Let’s start with the big one. This FP800S package can be built with any S650 Mustang GT coupe. The star of the show is a 3.0-liter, sixth-generation Whipple twin-screw supercharger. Also included with the kit:
- Air/oil separator kit
- Patented dual air pass, dual water pass, dual intercooler technology
- Oversized heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump
- High flow, dual beam fuel injectors
- Billet high-flow fuel rails
- Integrated inter-cooled air-bypass system
- 92mm throttle body
- 120mm dual air intake system
- Dual high-flow filters
- Tomahawk V2 flash tool with data logging capacity
- Ford Performance half-shaft upgrade kit and a street-lowering kit
- FP800S graphics
- Ford Performance front grille badge, rear badge, and floor mats
- Gloss black trunk applique
- R1 wheels (19×10.5″ and 19×11″) — tires NOT included
Optionally customers can add a Borla Extreme cat-back exhaust with quad 5.0-inch tips and carbon-fiber aero elements. The FP800S package will give the new Mustang GT more than 800 horsepower. Buyers get a full 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty. A Dark Horse-specific supercharger package is currently under development.

Also worth noting, Ford Performance reps said they will most likely allow folks to purchase items ala cart in addition to as a package. Get your wallet ready!
Ford Performance ORV Packages for Ranger and Bronco
“The Ranger Ford Performance Off-Road concept package targets the overlanding space. Available on 2024 Ranger XLT and Lariat models with four-wheel-drive equipped, this package elevates the truck’s capability with an ARB overland suspension kit. ARB also provides new front and rear bumpers with additional recovery points, while an onboard air compressor, SOLIS lights, and a 47-quart refrigerator/freezer are also available.” Here’s everything that’s included.

The Bronco Ford Performance ORV concept package is available on any Bronco Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, or Outer Banks with the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine and either automatic or manual transmission. “It starts with a 2.0-inch lift via a Bilstein suspension. Riding atop 17-inch white wheels and 35-inch tires, the Bronco package also adds a unique software calibration for the 2.3-liter engine. Ford Performance options for the ORV pack include a high-clearance Borla cat-back exhaust, an ARB jack and mount, and an underhood compressor.” Everything included:

Bronco Beach Package
Are you more of a beach-goer than a desert runner or rock crawler? Then Ford Performance wants you to check out this concept vehicle that features the Bronco Beach Package along with Iconic Silver fender flares and front grille, and a new sunset motif stripe inspired by the Freewheelin’ Bronco packages from the 1970s. Over on the Baby Bronco side of things, Ford plans to offer two Freewheeling Kits. A Sunset-inspired version and the Blue Free Wheeling Package, which is pictured in this post. To be fair, we’d much rather own a full-sized two-door, or four-door, Bronco, but this Blue package looks pretty slick in person. Here’s everything that’s included.

New Custom Vinyl Wraps Available for F-150, Mustang, Bronco, and Explorer
Ford will now offer vinyl wraps for your ride in 60 different colors and three different finishes (gloss, satin, and matte) through Ford Vinyl Wraps. In early 2024 Ford will make an online visualizer tool available so you can see how the various wraps will look on their vehicle. These wraps are developed to work with sensors and driver assistance systems. “An independent network of professional wrap installers will coordinate the work and make sure the job is done as quickly as possible, usually under two weeks from order to completion with the car only out for customization for a few days. The program will roll out in Michigan, Florida, Texas, and California and rapidly expand nationwide. It will be available for certain newer model year F-150, Mustang, Bronco, and Explorer vehicles.”
