Evergreen 302-Powered Bronco for Sale So You Don’t Have to Wait for the New One!
There are a lot of things Ford fans are currently waiting on. The new Ford Raptor to go on sale. The new Super Duty’s bad-assery. The new Ford Bronco. But while we all wait for the new Bronco (of course, if it even happens), you might be thinking you just want to get a classic Bronco instead. We’ve preached it before, but the classic Broncos are just cool and the new one just might not be. Here to tempt you today is the 302 V8-powered Evergreen 1977 Ford Bronco on Bring a Trailer.
The 1977 model year was the last year of the first-generation, non-OJ version of the Bronco. It’s powered by Ford’s famous 302 engine, and is paired with an automatic transmission. That engine makes just 134 horsepower and 242 lb-ft of torque, and the automatic only has three gears, but I bet it’s still a hoot to drive. According to the seller, everything works the way it’s supposed to, including all of the lights.
It’s pretty basic inside, but that’s the norm for the first-generation Bronco and another reason why it’s desirable; less stuff to go wrong. Plus the Evergreen paint just makes it look killer.
