Cab Bag Is a Convenient Ford F-150 Back Seat Storage Option

Even though the modern day Ford F-150 offers up plenty of interior storage space, we always find ourselves looking for more. Or, at least a way to maximize the space underneath our rear seat. This area is perfect for storing things like tools or loose items you don’t want protruding into your passenger space. There’s just one problem – simply placing a bunch of loose stuff on the flat floor means that it’s going to fly all over the place instead of staying put.
So, we were obviously intrigued when we came across Ford Truck Enthusiasts member A/Ox4‘s recent review of a new product called Cab Bag. The product itself is quite simple but rather ingenious. It’s essentially just a big bag with a bunch of storage compartments, yet it’s also designed to fit perfectly under the rear seat of your F-150.
“I was looking for a back seat storage solution but I didn’t like the bolted down bins that go under the seat,” A/Ox4 said. “Found the Cab Bag and it’s perfect for what I need. I did a full review on YouTube if you’re interested, but the basics are it’s a bag that goes under your rear seat, can be tied down, and is easy to remove for the full back seat. It seems well made and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend it. It’s also a small company from Texas, so you’re supporting a small business.”
We’ve seen plenty of rear seat storage solutions in the past. But our reviewer points out that Cab Bag has a few advantages that really set it apart. “The other ones are hard plastic and they’re bolted down,” he said. “So you can’t easily remove them. I like this product because it’s easily removable. I like the option of just taking it in and out of my truck whenever I want.”
The construction of the Cab Bag makes it pretty rugged too. Things like 660D Nylon and YKK zippers ensure that it’ll last a long time. It even has cleats on the bottom designed to keep it from sliding around. Along with straps on the outside to secure it in place. And on the inside, the space is entirely customizable. “It’s got these dividers which are rigid,” our reviewer notes. “They’re velcroed to each end so you can set them up however you want.”
Overall, the Cab Bag is a new take on an old idea that improves upon past products. It holds a ton of stuff securely, it’s built tough, and it’s easy to remove and install.
