Are You Buying a Jerry Jones Signed Dallas Cowboys F-150?

Ford F-150 Dallas Cowboys Edition

Yesterday, we reported that Ford will be offering — in Texas — a special-edition F-150 designed for the ultimate Dallas Cowboys fan. Based on a XLT, the Cowboys F-150 has special touches that’ll appeal the die hard fan. It’s even signed by the general manager and owner, Jerry Jones. Are you excited and looking forward to buying one?

Like the Ford GT, the Cowboys F-150 will be limited to 400 units, and will only be available in select Ford dealerships in Texas. If you ask me — a non-Texan — I’d say they’ll have a hard time selling the 400, but I know better. They’re probably already sold out.

Special edition pickups aren’t a new thing. Catering to Texans is also not new. Many manufacturers offer a Texas edition of their trucks that are sold only in the Lone Star State. Truck sales are huge there, so OEMs are looking forward to any angle they can get.
