Are You Ready for Some Football? Ford Releases 2016 Dallas Cowboys F-150

Lincoln may be the “Official Luxury Vehicle of the Dallas Cowboys”, but the new special edition Ford F-150 you see here can be considered the official vehicle of fans of the team, especially those in truck-loving Texas.

The 2016 Dallas Cowboys Edition F-150 is based on a Cowboys-helmet-silver F-150 XLT with the Chrome Package and comes with exclusive add-ons. Those include:

-A chrome grill and running boards
-Cowboys Edition Star badges on the front doors and tailgate
-Blue-white-blue rocker panel striping modeled after the stripe on the Cowboys’ helmets
-20-inch chrome wheels featuring Cowboys Star center caps
-A heavy-duty cargo bed mat with the Cowboys Star logo on it
-The Cowboys Edition logo stitched on the floor mats
-A “1 of 400” Cowboys Edition interior badge personally signed by Jerry Jones

That’s not all, sports fans. To coincide with the launch of the Dallas Cowboys Edition F-150, the Blue Oval is opening the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. In a press release, the automaker said, “The one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art training facility will serve as corporate headquarters for America’s team, with practice fields and a multipurpose indoor stadium for the Cowboys and athletes in the Frisco Independent School District.”

If you want to get a 2016 F-150 with this $1,495 package to show your team spirit, you’d better rush (get it?) to your local dealer now. Ford is only making 400 of them.
