THE BIG CHILL Ford’s Extreme Weather Testing Chamber
While other companies outsource their extreme weather vehicle testing, the Ford Motor Company prefers to do it themselves. Ford performs a climate chamber test that can replicate the most extreme hot and cold weather conditions your car or truck may be subjected to over time – like minus 40 degrees to 131 plus Fahrenheit degree temperatures.
In these controlled chamber tests they can create humidity, perform snow tests, simulate the sun and lots more.
