While they’re both music to our ears, which Ford truck do you think produces the best exhaust note?

First off, to truly enjoy this video from Black n White Builds 423 you need to crank up those speakers to loud. In one corner we have a white 2017 Ford F-250 Platinum, with a deleted 6.7 Powerstroke straight pipe diesel. In the other corner we have a black 2005 F-350 Super Duty Lariat with a deleted 6.0 Powerstroke straight pipe diesel. Whose exhaust goes to eleven and takes bragging rights?

2018 F-250 and 2005 F-350

Well first things first, we need to get all the details on the contenders. The host (the owner of the white truck) gives us a tour of his cousin’s truck, the black truck. This 2005 F-350 is a sweet ride, the 6.0 has been deleted and studded and all in all it is a clean, solid truck.

6.0 Powerstroke exhaust

The first test of this titan is idling. The 6.0 fires up and it is mighty beefy, the sound is so powerful and completely badass it makes your mouth water. The gauntlet has been thrown down!

6.7 Powerstroke exhaust

The host of the video does a quick walk around on his F-250, then fires that bad boy up. Idling, the 6.7 delivers a powerful blast, it is definitely a monster that will make your spine tingle.

Next they take the trucks out for a wide open throttle pass. The 6.0 roars by, sounding fierce on the acceleration. The 6.7 takes its turn, and is slick and distinctive.

They both look and sound great, but if we’re being honest, we’re partial to the F-350’s 6.0 exhaust note, it’s just a pure savage. What’s your preference?
