Petersen’s CarStories Is All About Automotive Passion
Now you can ride along with notable car nuts and hear their fascinating stories. In their personal rides!
We’re all wholly unique people from pretty much every walk of life. But there’s one thing that brings us all together — the love of the automobile. Things like your personal beliefs get pushed aside when you meet folks with a passion for cars. And capturing that passion is exactly what Petersen Automotive Museum‘s CarStories is all about.
Now in its fourth season, CarStories is taking on a new, expanded format. Instead of just listening to the podcast, fans are now able to watch each episode on Facebook or YouTube when it goes live each Thursday. And now, these fascinating conversations take place behind the wheel of each guest’s vehicle instead of in a studio.
This season, CarStories captures the stories of everyone from The Thermal Club Founder Twanna Rogers to host of The Smoking Tire, Matt Farah. In this recent episode, we get to hear Farah tell his fascinating personal stories alongside host James McKeone. Even better, he does it while navigating his modified Focus RS through the canyons of Malibu.
“Our mission is to share the stories of amazing vehicles and their passionate owners with fellow car lovers from around the world,” said Petersen Executive Director Terry L. Karges. “This new format offers viewers a more comprehensive look at both our guests and their vehicles, allowing them to be in the car, riding around L.A., hearing the car’s sounds, and taking part in the conversation.”
The new and improved CarStories is can’t-miss web TV (or audio) for any real car nut. Subscribers can tune in each Thursday on Shout Engine, Facebook, and the museum’s official YouTube page to catch the newest episodes.
