1991 E350 7.3 IDI Sending Unit

1991 E350 7.3 IDI Sending Unit
I have a MetroTrans Shuttle bus I'm converting into an RV. I have all the original paperwork from MetroTrans, which states all factory parts were used in the fuel system. Again it's a diesel.
I have removed the sending unit and this is the part number on it, E6US9275AB that brings up 1 hit on ebay that seems to match but it is sold. Nothing on Rockauto and Partsgeek gives me this result. I believe it will be the very first one listed, "1991 Ford E350 Econoline FUEL SENDING UNIT; 86-87 E350; 36/40 GALLON TANK; CUTAWAY VAN" unfortunately nowhere does it say 7.3L diesel. The other listing clearly say which engines, maybe this lack of information is the answer? Autozone says it's a fuel pump - they don't believe me it's an engine driven fuel pump.
Can anyone run a parts cross reference on the part # I provided?
Odd part number.
1 outlet, 1 inlet, 1 outlet sealed off. All low PSI pump IS NOT in the tank

This is not the part number, it's the ID Engineering number marked on the part itself...

Normally I could cross this ID Engineering number over to the part number, but my Master Cross Reference Catalog is on microfiche, my viewer isn't working at this time.
I did find this in the truck catalog:
E6UZ-9275-AA .. Fuel Sending Unit-Use with 40 gallon Fuel Tank / Obsolete
Last MSRP: $223.58 - Dealer net cost: $134.15.
Applications: 1986/91 E350 Diesel Cut-Away.
To verify if this is the correct sending unit, call Green Sales (800-543-4959) in Cincinnati OH and ask them to cross the ID number over.
If it is...
GATEWAY FORD in Ponchatoula LA has 1 = 985-386-7790.
MATTHEWS FORD-LINCOLN in Norwich NY has 1 = 607-334-3273.
GORDIE BOUCHER FORD in Menomonee Falls WI has 4 = 262-255-9010.

1986/87 E350 Cut-Away with 36/40 gallon aft axle fuel tank 460 carburetor.
No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
Call Green Sales and give them the E6US-9275-AB ID number, so they can cross it over.

Comparing it to the one that was pulled out the angle, drop, size and placement of all the tubing are the same. The flange and bolt patterns also match as well as the pig tail and the leads. As well as the orientation of the float.
The one thing that is very different is that there is a lead for and a space to clamp a fuel pump on, the one I ordered doesn't have a pump.
This is based off cross-referenced info from E6US9275AB and 1991 Ford E350 7.3 Cutaway
Worst case I send it back and I'm out the $8.00 shipping. Best case it works and I spent $80.00.
Thank you for your help. I know I'll be turning your direction again. Seems there aren't too many 7.3 IDI Cutaway E350's out there.

When i replaced the senders in my '88 idi van I used the gasser ones since the diesel ones were no longer avialable. I just removed the wiring for the fuel pump and used fuel line to extend the pickup. You can also remove the sender/float assembly from the gasser unit and attach it to the diesel pick up assembly.
