I got a few of them their just outta pick up trucks the trucks had same motor 5.0 302 an T transmission I tried putting them in van but it still running the same misfiring an having no power.....

So what other diagnostics have you done? Your symptoms could be caused by anything from low fuel pressure to bad ignition components so there are lots of possibilities.
