Hey guyz i need help i did a head gasket on my 94 f150 302 and i tighten the rocker arms too tight will this bend a valve if so how do you know.Can you tell if you ake off the valve cover please help guyz i need you.

 

Take the valve covers off and the rockers. If you have a bent valve the tip of stem on it should be lower than the rest of the valves.
You could also do a compression check. If you have a bent valve the compression on that cylinder will low or zero.

 

You can't bend a valve by overtightening the rocker arms, and what makes you think you overtightened them anyway?

 

because i did with an air gun not a toruqe wrench

Tight is tight shouldn't hurt a Ford.
