Its a 95 f150 2wd single cab, 5.0 with timeing advanced to 14 degrees, Full custom Intake that has more air volume then after markets, and my exhaust is cut back to the cadlack converters, and put on 4 inch strait tubing that gos for about two feet, How many house do you think that would be

Maybe 1 "house" since you have "cadlack converters".

I had this really nice reply all typed out and then something borked on my computer...

Long story short...

who cares? It's a truck, they are slow...

How do you know it flows more and it's not a full intake unless you've custom made it down to the heads. More flow isn't always better.... everythings got to be balanced.

If you really care about getting a HP number then take it to get dyno tested. Any other answer would be WILD speculation.

The amsoil sticker and the bailing wire add at least 20hp.

Well the 5.0 in the F-150's were rated at 205hp 275ft/lb in 1995. So if ur mods did anything, you're probably at about 205hp and 275ft/lb

Yeah stock its 205 HP , the air intake is worth as much as 15 HP on a highperformance motor , its probabley not helping that much with out a full custom exhaust with headers , the only way to tell is the dyno , if the compresion is good my guess would be 210 HP , but with a full custom exhaust it would be more....Lew

Impressive booty-fab skills there. Kinda reminds me of stuff I did as a high school kid. No $$$ but plenty of time and my old man's tools.

Well I am laughing my **** off in the office right now... Boss man had to stop by to quiet me down...LOL... You do have to give him credit for getting a proper Spectre air filter though...

Something to also consider... Your engine fan will push hot air forward... That means you are getting a hot air pushed through the radiator which then floats up and into the air inlet tube. I would get the 300 I6 version. It takes cool air from in front of the radiator support and will give you cooler air for a denser charge in the cylinders. Also i would box in the air filter a little to contain the cool air so you aren't getting more hot air off the engine... cheap project but it only takes time and a $5 junk yard part. might add a couple more HP... My buddy did a custom air box out of plexi glass so you could see his K&N filter through it (he did it to contain the cool air too). Also I would add headers to let the engine breathe better. you can add air up front but if you are restricting it with the stock case iron manifolds you aren't doing yourself much good. Check www.craigslist.org or www.crazedlist.org (if you have firefox browser). you can find some long tube or shorties really cheap on there if you watch long enough... Oh and if you are still running a stock cat your not doing yourself any favors either...
