exhaust ?'s

I was wonder what it would sound like if cut off the catalitic converter and left the stock muffler. I have a 1995 ford f150 5.8

That would sound just barely louder than it is now.

There would really no point the muffler is what reduces the noise the most so i would get rid of that first and it will make it considerably louder. I did this on mine that has the 5.8L and it still wasnt very loud so i completly took the the cat. and muffler off and went to true duals so its completly straight piped and it is quite loud but surprisingly at cruising speeds its very resonable with no drone inside the cab and farely quite inside the cab as well.
