What I got done yesterday. A Ford is involved

First is my convertible, 66 Buick Special. I bolted on the bumpers and installed one of the quarter panel spears.
Winter 2007 right after i got it, 20 year old paint and fiberglass body work.

Yesterday, I spent the last year cutting out rusty metal and welding in good metal, yesterday is the first time it's seen sun for more than a minute since April 3, 2009.

Nan's truck her grandson wrecked and then put on sheetmetal and bent it.
I got volunteered to straighten the bent metal and repaint the new metal.

Mama's 88 Vette, finally got it to move under its own power.

I still have to get new tires and put the rims where they belong. It'll get new paint and some beats.

I had to offset the sadness of closing the pool yesterday with some happy car and truck time. We have twenty acres of woods between us and the neighbors on one side and behind us, they already decided to start shedding leaves and my pool collects them. US Nationals weekend is always the closing weekend for the pool.

You better put some time into the ol Ford (spring hanger) before it gets to cold to do it. Looks like you have a afflection for red vehicles too.

I know it Rich, it is irritating the heck out of me not being able to work on it. Now the owner of the silver 85 Shivalay is getting anxious and pestering me to get it done. Might have it in paint next week. Hopefully I'll get to mess with the dent at some point this week.

Yea I understand take care of the paying customers first, cause they do help pay the bills.

So you do your own painting.....I got a 77 than needs a fresh red coat...... and one rust spot fixed.

Will it fit under a 7' tall door? My redneck booth is my end bay of my shop with filtered air in and out. The overhead door is only 7' tall. maybe by next spring I might have the lean to off the back of the shop done so I can fit big stuff in. Send me some pics and I acn give you an idea of cost, of course I'll have to take into account the generosity you've shown me.

Paint option?

Its my 77 F250 4x4 pretty much all stock, add a leaf and 285's should fit? The rust spot is in the dvrs side rear fenderwell and 2 little dings in the pass side fender and door. Hard to see but they are there.

I would even strip off both bumpers, outer grill shell, side markers lamps, bed rails, antenna, wipers and mirrors.

The last pic (lower L/H) is what my interior color scheme is. So I am thinking all outer red or silver with black hood strips like before, or silver with black down the dent strip?

My seat is just a faded blueish/grey color, but the rest is like in the pics.

What do you think, I have a few other ideas but want to keep it simple and clean and RED.

Ya never know ol Blue is needing some attention too, but in alot smaller scale.

Thanks for the deal, what else do you need a twin tank bed in awesome shape?
