Removing the headlights safely?

Thanks for the reply, I made it bigger deal than it really was. I actully used a nylon rope and slid it partially behind the side marker end and was easily able to pop it out.

Because I have an XLT and wanted the headlights with the black housing I decided to do a transplant.
Not a huge deal to the Limited owners out there but here's what it looks like with the matte fenders and rockers.
Does anyone out there ever Line-x'd their rockers and fenders(just the matte sections)?
Before transplant front.
Before transplant side.
After transplant front.
After transplant side.

Thanks...I like the way they look too.
Hopefully I can verify that a OEM Ford Spoiler from the previous Expedition (prior to '07) would fit, I don't think the rear tailgate has changed much.
Or even if I can find a decent price on the 3dCarbon spoiler.
