2010 F350 SD Upfitter switches

First time threader thanks in advance.Looking to use #4 upfitter switch to run high idle,i know the brown wire feeds that switch but which from the bundle of 12 do i make my connection and what color tracer is on the wire?? Thanks Chris

They are clearly marked when you pull the kick plate...the high idle wire is bundled next to the pass through wires by the parking brake. When you pull them all down you'll see the high idle wire label.

Dixiedog 1 thanks for reply , this is what i came up with taped to the wires (bcpsw)(pto gnd)(pto vref)(bchpl)(park)(tro-n)(vsout)(ptorpm)(ign 10 amp)(pto)(p took)(cto) I did tie in the( pto rpm )green wire with no luck.E brake also applied any thoughts Thanks.gone campin

That's the wrong wire. Check this document:

Since you don't have a PTO to deal with, your best bet is to just use the Battery Charge Protect circuit (BCPSW) which is a violet w/brown stripe wire.

Using the PTO method requires a resistor to signal desired RPM.

Glad you found it, I happened on mine by freak chance sniffing around for my upfitter switch wires before I figured out I was in the wrong spot
