hydrogen injection

I am thinking about buying a 2001 ford van with a 7.3 diesel in it. I am also interested in putting a hydrogen injection system in. Does anyone have a system in their trucks? Any info regarding mpg and power increases as well as what manufacturer to go with etc.

Don't even bother wasting your money on hydrgen injection. It's been debated to death here. Pretty much the only people who continue to support it are the scammers that claim 50-100% increases in mileage. Research something called "polar covalent bonding". That will get you started. Then you'll understand the physical limitations of electrolysis, and why hydrogen injection kits (the HHO kits) don't work.

Myth Busters said it was crap. They didn't test a 7.3, but basically said it can't possibly make enough hydrogen to make a difference.

Everyone says you can't make enough quick enough to be independant. Here's a link to a company thats running it in addition to your gas or diesel.

has anyone seen this website before. It seemed legitimate at first. There mpg increases were very conservative also.

I know a guy who has hooked up a propane injection kit.

I will not do this, but what do you guys think? Run to 'dry' and lack of lube for our engines? His is a Diesel.

Agreed. Save your money. If they worked we all would have one.. Dad is monkeying around with it. For the last couple/three years. Still no luck, still taxing his alternator to death with amperage for his contraptions. Waiting for a alternator failure or a autofire.
