MAF wiring ??'s

I've been working on this list for months.
-swap out my motor (stroker 393), done.
-intake manifold (edelbrock truck), done.
-e-fan, done.
-egr, tab, tad, and evr delete, done.
-soda blast and paint trans, done.
-new tranny cooler lines (3/8 insead of 5/16), done.
-replace trans cooler with bigger & better, done.
-add a external trans filter, done.
-trans shift kit (jet power), done.
-rebuild and powdercoat t-case, done.
-u-joints and driveshaft balancing, done.
-custom true dual exhaust, done.
-motor break-in, done.
-swapping to maf, in progress. waiting on parts sent wrong from escam.
*wiring my harness to MAF setup, in progress.

This last one is where I need the help. I'm starting to swap the pin locations in the pcm connector. I have hit a snag, there seem to be wires where I need to put others. I have a pcm from a '95 maf sefi. I was going to use this table (EEC Performance) to do most everything, but the first pin it tells me to use has something in it already. Has someone gone through this and run into this problem? There is a pur/org on pin 19 going to the tranny. I'm confused...

According to the link you referenced, the wire that’s in 19 will need to be moved to 52, but there’s a wire in 52 that needs to be moved to 51, but there’s a wire in 51 that needs to be moved to 31, but there’s a wire in 31 that needs to be moved to 11, but there’s a wire in 11 that needs to be moved to 34. So you’ll have to work backward, starting with moving 11 to 34, then 31 to 11, then 51 to 31, and so on.

Yep, I was just being overwhelmed I think. Sorry about that, but now I have a question that is kinda frustrating me. Are all of the 'signal return' wires to the pcm run in parallal?
According to Ford Fuel Injection; b/c I have an E4OD, there were alot more pins to move. Ok, maybe not alot, but still more. Anyway, I've finished what I can do without the extra pins for the injectors, and eneded up with two extra wires. They are paralled together. Wire 1- orange. Wire 2- grey/red.

The signal return wires are all spliced together & then one wire goes to the ECM (Pin 46). Check out the wiring diagram to make sure we're talking about the same thing...

Where did the extra wires come from? What ECM pin were they going to? The GRY/RED sounds like the signal return, which shouldn't be extra. I couldn't find an orange wire on the diagrams.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I was able to follow the diagram to see my mistakes. I followed pin 46 'signal return' to #31, to page 2, then to the splice with the orange and all the grey/red wires. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the extra orange wire that I still have can be deleted, right? It goes to the splice, and then to the O2 sensor.

The orange wire should stay, but it won't run to the 95 ECM like it did with the 93 ECM. It should run from the O2 sensor then be spliced into the other signal return wires like you described.

Had to go to bed, and get a fresh look at it today. Looking at it now; I think the extra wire came from pin 49 (HEGO gnd), the Transmission Oil Temperature was moved into that spot. Then after researching; and double checking all the wires in the pcm connector, I still have not found where there is an orange wire missing. Anybody? Please help!?!
