What all have you had to replace to get that far? Looks like all the engine peripherals based on your sig. Transmission?

Congrats, that's a long way!

About 15 pumps of grease was inserted, I believe Tom (WE3ZS) used as much as 22. Noise was there before, during and after. I have seen what you are referring to before though.

Only things I've replaced out of necessity was the tranny at 361,000 (Yes, that was the factory one), injector cups, brakes, rotors, fluids, water pump, alternator (6 or 7) and serviceable parts like ball joints and u-joints. Go fast parts changed because I wanted too, not out of necessity.
I've run full synthetic AmsOil since I've owned it at 70,000 miles.
I have OCD when it comes to maintenance. I have a detailed spreadsheet for every dime I've spent on it. If I replace a dome light, or add fuel, or anything else, I document the date, mileage, description, cost, and where purchased. Good way t o keep track of whats going on with it.

After days of working on it, new stand pipes, new nipple cups, resealed injectors, new adrenaline pump. I'm getting a no start and only building about 75 psi. Plenty of cranking time (over 10 minutes total with FICM relay removed) still no start. Called a friend's shop and it'll be getting a piggy back ride over there to get checked out. My wife and kids need my attention much more than I need to forms another day under the hood of this blasted thing. Love the truck but dangit this is getting old.

05-07 Conversion Grill installed. Props to Sinister Diesel. Grill went in in less than 3 minutes (not properly captured in my Before/After pictures) and looks awesome.

Next up: Clear 05+ headlights and cab lights. (recommendations welcome)

Picked up a set of "T codes" to hopefully get the bumpstops off the axle.

Dropped my poor sad baby off at Full Force Diesel in Mufreesboro, TN (Yup, 10 hours from home) for a major stalling issue(they think its either FICM, FICM Harness, or Engine Harness). I also need injectors (200K on the factory ones) and the charge cooler tubes/boots are leaking...and a slew of minor grievances. I figure I'd rather do a "little" road trip for the best injectors from Cass and his teams install rather than give up $1200 in core charges and use my not so elegant local shops. I'm also considering a little bump in power...155's and a powermax anyone? I'm more than a little stoked!

Hopefully to get her running again. A local shop run by neighbors and friends in Northeast Ohio, luckily only a 6 mile tow. Just didn't have time, energy, or diagnostic capability of my own. First ever piggy back since I've owned it.

Take a tour of Barrett if you have time when you go back to get your X. It's not quite as expensive a hobby as the X is......up front at least.
