ok so this has been going on for well....about 2 years so I just mainly deal with it. Every time I start the truck or turn on the ignition there is a good audiable beeping comming from the right side of my dash it beeps about 8 times and thats it. No flashing lights or anything else just beeps, sometimes but very seldom it will beep just rolling down the road it dosnt matter if im hauling butt or driving like ms daisy. Also I dont know if this may be the culpritt but my drivers bag has been deployed before, I just disconnected the passenger airbag and slammed a new one in the wheel )dissconected as well) just for better looks, I never replaced the module either, oh and I removed the pesky airbag light from my cluster, lol. So any way wheres the beeping comming from? Ive tried to chase it down but never can pinpoint it.

 

Well, duh. The beeping is coming from the airbag module and it's complaining because you removed the warning light.

 

I agree. These trucks have an audible alarm to alert you the air bag light is malfunctioning.

 

Does your door ajar light come on also when the beeping occurs?

 

are you freakin serious? wtf?! lol! oh well it will have to just be pissed then! the airbag light is more annoying in my face then the beepin......and no no door ajar light.

 

put a good bulb in and just put a piece of foil on it so the light doesn't shine through.

 

and of all the things ive made done and accomplished......you just trumped me with some foil.....toche'
