i was wondering if any1 had pics of 73 to 79 ford 4x4 with just a body lift, im thinkin about puttin a body lift on my truck,but dont wanna look like crap, so if u could show me sum pics of your truck with body lift, thanks

i might be putting a 3" body lift on my SuperCab sometime. (just gotta decide if i want to go with 4" or 6" lift in the end)

if i do i will let you know how that goes.

 

I heard that if you do a body lift you can use Hockey Pucks and drill a hole through the center and lift it like that, just sayin'.

 

o alrite, yea i got 6 inch springs for the front, just dont kno wat all i need to do the rest of the lift

 

rangerhaywood that sounds like a cool idea i mite look into that, but i think im gunna paint it camo, im debating whether to black out the grill and wheels?

 

go for it but i hate those paint jobs, not quite the girl getter ya know? But if you do i would keep the grill shelle chrome, but paint the plastic part of the grill gloss black as well as the rims. Just my opinion...

 

naw its a girl getter where i come from,and it will be like the leaf camo not the army camo

yea, i just need to find a place that has the paint for cheap, did a s10 in camo with rattle can, but this truck is alot bigger than a s10

 

haha well the walmart here sells camo spray paint and yeah theres quite the realestate on the hoods of these trucks alone!

 

u got that rite, at 3 dollars a can, i mite as well buy the paint and shoot it with the gun
