78 F250 WITH LIFT NEED STEERING HELP

I need to find either a dropped pitman arm, or a dana 60 steering nuckle lift, or a dropped steering link kit. Obviously I know these parts exist, but I bring my self to buy the kits retail!

anyone got something that will work?

1978 F250 4X4 supercab with around 4-6" lift.

Hi, I have a Dana 60 steering block with studs. Let me know if this helps. I am located in MA.
