Short bed box and repair panels.
All it would take is cutting, welding and time.
All cross members are in good shape except for the rear sill, which I have a NIB replacement.

Wondering if the short bed is still available? If so where in East Tx are you? I'm south of Austin. Looking for a short bed for my 78 F250 supercab. O also need a complete grill side mouldings etc.
