Anyone Wanna Take a CC Class With Me?
I've been wanting to do it for awhile. Now a buddy had his car broken into at work last night. It had to have happened just after i left. North Tulsa is so.....ugh...what's the word.
Anyway, I'll be looking at getting into one of the Saturday CC classes. Maybe at Medlock in Collinsville, unless ya'll can recommend anyone? The class is like $50 and with the fingerprinting and background check it totals close to $200.

Good to know. Well i took my class thru USSA and it wasn't bad. The best part was they also train on Sundays. The rest of the week is quite busy for me so it worked out good. It was about 7.5 hours in class time and 1/2 hour shooting time. Much of it was basic common gun safety sense. Kinda seems like it could be condensed to me. But oh well. Now i'm just waiting for my license to arrive in the mail. Be Safe all. Hey Owassoans, keep yer pieces handy. We've had at least two home burglaries/break ins in and near Owasso in the last month. It's good to be ready for the unexpected.

Sad, but true. I get my real gas from Shell, across the street. The cashier told me about it. Apparently, they know who it was, as he lives in the run down appartments south of Micky Ds. The Shell station was also robbed awhile back by someone in those apartments.
I think I'll be getting my gas in broad day light early mornings for now on.
Be safe all.

ugh. That's despicable. Scumbags want the easy free money and to not have to work for a living.
It's not the norm. We've lived in Owasso since July 1998 and haven't seen real crime this bad until the last two or three years. I would guess that as the city grows we should expect more crime. And the economy being in the toilet probably isn't helping to curb the criminals.
