Coolant dripping from the back side of FICM

I can't see any signs of leakage around the resevoir which is where I would've expect it to be leaking from. What's around the FICM closest to the firewall that could be leaking?

Appreciate any feedback.
Gregg

Possible the hose from the oil cooler to the egr cooler. It will either be orange or blue. There are several posts about this leaking. A search on this should do you well with pics.

IIRC under the degas bottle there is a black hose that Y's, one section goes toward the front (bumper) and the other goes toward the firewall. This is for your heater. Might want to check it for a small pin hole. Are you down much coolant?

I would check this as well. Seems like it would be the only location. When the EGR to oil cooler hose leaks, it leaks in the valley of the engine, not all the way over on the FICM. Have you checked the cap for leadage? Do you have any dried white coolant on the bottle?

one of two places there is a heater hose that crosses over the top of it, it runs from the right side to the left side and is attached to the firewall. the oter is the degas tank.

Found a hole in the heater hose that runs back there. Looks like it had been rubbing up against the FICM. I stuck a coupler in there until a time when the engine further torn apart. (Thinking I'll have it repaired the correct way when the EGR delete is done.)
