The only things interior wise that are really reproduced are the door panels,Dash Cover and Vinyl Mat/Carpet.The kick panels,bezels,and rear cab trim pieces will need to be grabbed from a junkyard.The kick panels,door panels,and B-Pillar moldings have a bad habit of fading and getting real brittle.These usually need to be replaced.Your best bet would be Junkyards,Classifieds,Ebay,or Aftermarket reproduction places like LMC or NPD.You could look at New Old Stock and Licensed Reproducers like Dennis Carpenter,but they tend to be pricey.
FYI,Ford still sells the door panels for these trucks,since the 1980-1999 F600,F700,and F800 all used the same interior.However,Ford is pricey too.
