Took it out for the first time yesterday all is good. 98 % done got to find me a chrome front bumper and get remote key lock system installed.
Beautiful truck! Love the red.
What size rear tire is on there? I am going to go back to super single 16 on rear and was thinking 305/70/16.

I have an extra Spare Carrier, pull them any time I find an SCS in a Junkyard. Shipping wasn't cheap the last time I sent one across the country.

My truck has DSO code 94. Looks like that would be an export DSO. I bought it from original owner that said he bought it new in WI or MN (don't remember which).

Any ideas where 94 was destined for? Any one else have a 94 DSO or any other export?

Looks like the only SCS specific trim I have is the two bottom pieces for the Spare Cover. One wide Rocke trim and one thin Racetrac trim.

Whoever wants what PM me Offer.

Also have an extra Spare Cover/Door that is strait but rusted behind the Rocker trim piece.

djfins: Let me know if you want the Spare mount. I haven't gotten my parts truck down to my new house yet and still need to get that Crossmember out for you.

I want one. Forgive me for not using the classifieds but they didn't work last time. I want a 390 4-spd A/C lots of options. I want a no-rust-ever truck. I have a '66 F100 shorty desert truck to trade if that turns you on. I'm in Vancouver.

Ol Bitty got hurt

Hey guys, been a while since I have been on as things were going well.

Naturally a week before xmas I got t boned by a bonehead in a bmw. he hit me on drivers side front wheel. fender smashed, but the worst part is the I beams are bent, as well as most of the steering components.

I am determined to fix her up again, ad have found a donor cab/chassis with what looks to be the exact same setup. What I don't know is all the bushings etc as the cab/chassis is a bit worn out. Does anyone make these? have any of you replaced front end stuff on these old girls?? Ill get pics up soon

Rebuilt my front end this fall with mostly Rockauto parts. Cost me around $250. If I didn't work at a combo auto/machine shop I would have had to pay for reaming the kingpin bushings. I did all the other work myself. Pressing the pivot bushings is interesting since they are oblong. I used a ball joint press kit I have from OTC.
