Two OBD II Codes...Are they related?

Two OBD II Codes...Are they related?
I just bought a 2001 Navigator and I received 2 codes, P0174 and P0308. I know what they are, but could one have to do with the other?

Anything is possible with a misfire. First fix the misfire on #8 and then see if the lean condition on bank 2 goes away.
