Not sure if you'll find anything off the shelf. When you start lengthening the adjustment sleeve, you're going to lose strength. It will want to bend at the sleeve because of the added leverage without a solid connection.

What are you trying to accomplish?

So, you are trying to connect the drag link (from the pitman arm to the tie rod)?
Are you trying to use all of the Dodge steering linkage?

What adjustment sleeves are you trying to use to make the connection? On the tie rod itself?
Is there any adjustment on the drag link or is it solid?

correction its a 94 ram 2400 dana 60 coil spring that was converted to a leaf spring. yes im using all the dodge tie rods its like the steering box is farther away from the passeneger side making the distance between the two tie rod ends greater

There are a couple of ways I can think of to solve your problem.
1. DOM tubing and spherical rod ends with a true crossover steering setup.
Kinda spendy and can be a PITA on a daily driven ride.

2. Do some research at the parts store (or online) to find an adjustable draglink that will work with the Dodge tie rod.

I'm assuming that this truck was originally a 2wd. I'm wondering if you could use a complete steering linkage from a 86-97 F350 4wd. What is the center to center length of the Dodge tie rod?

A '91 4WD F350 with TTB?

Center to center with the tie rod installed and toe in set.

You don't have to get the toe perfect, just close enough to be about where it will run. I was going to compare it to my '93 F350 to see if you can use a stock setup.
