wiring

anyone have a wiring diagram for an old dominion auto signal switch?the kind that gear-clamps to the column? mine is a 7 wire and i cant find a diagram!

It`s a universal after market add on signal switch for vehicles without factory signals.
I`d try Acklands, a semi truck dealership or any after accessories market dealer that sells the Dominion Auto accessories, see if they can come up with anything.

Oh, ya I dunno Dominion has been out a long time I thought everything was Signal Stat

Probably the same old, different name, different wiring codes/colours.

i might have a diagram from my turn signal switch give me a few mins and i ll see if i can dig it up, its a stock factory switch but its been rewired for my custom harness.

no luck, unless yours is wired EXACTLY like mine its no good

They wouldn't have the flasher built into them would they?

no the flasher is separate, its like 6 contacts inside and when the switch is in the left position it connects 2 contacts to make the circuit, when in the right position it contacts 2 other contacts and when its in the neutral position the current bypasses the switch altogether as far as i know
