Ford Lifters M-6500-R302H

SEE EDIT BELOW.

Does anyone know the difference between the following:

Ford performance lifters:

M-6500-R302 Vs M-6500-R302H

As applicable to 1996 Stock 351W.

Does any one have experience with them? Quality? If so which would you recommend?

Thank you,

Edit. I just figured out the applicability. I just read on Fords performance site they are applicable to: All Roller Small Block. And they give a reason for the difference. I missed it earlier somehow.
