I always rip the smog right off my trucks so I solve the issue by registering it out at my aunties place in Medical Lake area. They don't do emissions testing there. So as long as the address on your title isn't in Spokane Co then your clear... I live in the Valley but I hate with a passion all the smog crud under my hood. Find a friend in the sticks and register the truck out there. Easy way around the emissions testing. Heh
