X2. If you play the lottery, there is a small chance something good could happen.

If you feel like throwing money away send it to me, I'll PM you my address. Seriously, throttle body spacers on these trucks are a complete waste of time and money.

makes a pretty good paper weight or anti-theft device if you have it in your hand when you see a thief

best place to start is with your exhaust, you cat back is restrictive as is the stock cat, you'll get your most power from headers

FYI

KN CAI, TB spacers, Chips, fancy spark plugs etc are all not worth wasting your time.

I agree with upgrading the exhaust. Use a good straight through muffler.

Also a good tune up with fresh fluids and filters etc will help out a good bit.

I have an MSD coil and with their cap and rotor along with Ford Racing wires. It helps some too. Just don't get anything besides Motorcraft or Autolite plugs.

well what i would go with is some long tube headers (if you cant afford those go with some shorties). true dual exhaust lines with high flow cats straight trough glasspacks 18" long 4" diameter exhaust tips using 2 1/2" pipe. Thats what i would do

i would say shorty headers to y-pipe to 3inch single pipe to high flow cat to your choice of muffler.

There is quite a bit of info there.

Your best bet is at least a high flow cat and a single 3 inch exhaust to a straight through (not chambered) muffler or glasspack and then 3 inch out or 2.5 inch duals. You can get a single in dual out muffler or a glasspack called a torpedo pack with dual outlet. Make sure the muffler actually has a 3 inch inlet and matching outlets. True duals is really not necessary on our trucks.

Use advanced search for "exhaust" and search this section.
