fire wall ground wire, where does it go?

fire wall ground wire, where does it go?
When I took my 67 off the frame, I found a ground wire on the firewall that went to the engine. I guess they didn't hook it up after it was rebuilt. Where is it supposed to bolt to the engine?

On the bolts where the gas petal linkage is on the intake.
