Welcome! Well the dual Mopar heaters would be pretty easy to explain, I don’t think these a old girls had such great heaters for where it gets really cold.

Nice old truck, you might want to change the Money face grill over to the better looking 51-52 someday.

The truck looks good as it is, don't mutilate it by switching the the manure spreader grill, it'd be a lot of work for a horrible result. I say just fix it up stock and enjoy.
