In this picture on my site you can see how the bowl is cut off. It is left rear of the lid. Looking at the lid, it is upside down.

If you know an electrical contractor, EMT tubing and exhaust tubing are close in size.
They have this cool bender that makes mandrell bends.
If they do big enough jobs I have seen a 4, 5 and 6 inch dies, but we are talking big dollars for those benders capable of EMT bends that big.
The raduis does get rather big with the larger sizes, but so is the radius of prebent fittings.
A while back I was watching an electrical contractor bend 6" rigid metal conduit, basically 6" galvanized pipe.
All I could think was man what an exhaust system I could make with that bender and a couple hours time.
Between the bender and dies, probably about 10 grand sitting there.

I have seen them, but I don't know anyone with one.
What do you think, up both sides of the flat bed at the back of the cab or just run them out the right side?

If you know what bends you want most exhaust shops will make the bends for you and also expand the end so your pipe will fit inside for a much more solid weld.
If you have a shop willing to build you a good dual setup for 250 that is only about 50 to 70 bucks more than what i was paying 30 years ago for 2 and 1/4 in pipes.

Is it blowing black smoke while it does it?
EDIT: I only posted this once, I don't know what the deal is.
