Fellow excursion owner with a new rig

Thought i would drop into the excursion forum to show you guys my new rig. It is a 2006 F350 Crew Cab long bed 4x4, 6.0L powerstroke with 70,000 miles. I got it for $25,000 tax and title and traded my F150 in for it. So far ive only owned it for 2 days and have done limo tint with a tint strip on the windsheild, LED light bar and smoked LED recon cab light kit. The oasis said the trucks only been in the shop three times. Out of those three times it was only in the shop once for a FICM reprogram, so the trucks very clean. The other two times it was in the shop was due to a axle leak (on the pumpkin) and a bad abs sensor. What do yall think?

Good looking truck you got there. Now once you get your Harley lights you need to get some nice HIDS. Check out my 8000ks on my 05 Excursion in my album. It will really improve your visibility at night.

The only thing I don't care for are the mud flaps. But I see you are up in snow country so I guess its a necessity. I like the running boards and It looks real nice that way it sits.

I would get one if I ever got rid of the Ex.

Nice and bright while blinding everybody else in the process. HIDs need projector lenses for the proper cut-off pattern.

Nice truck. Love the outside color. Tint is too dark for my taste tho.

I just find it too hard to see out of at night. Makes backing a trailer up someones driveway to deliver firewood in the darkness very hard when you can't see the corners of the trailer.

(Plus, isn't it illegal?)

I suggest contacting Bill at PHP and getting him to unflash your FICM...(to the older version) you will see better MPG and performance improvements with the older Flash... My Ex came with limo tint and I still want to get the driver and passenger doors changed out to a med or dark tint...
I got one of em' lightbars too...
