CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW MUCH TROUBLE IT WOULD BE TO SWAP OUT FROM A V10 TO A 7.3 POWERSTROKE I HAVE TWO COMPLETE DONAR TRUCKS WILL I HAVE TOP PULL COMPLETE WIREING HARNESS FROM THE 7.3 DIESAL TRUCK AND PUT INTO THE THE 2003 V10 TRUCK AND WILL THE 7.3 BOLT UP THE THE V10 TRANSMISSION. You'll have to replace all the gasser parts with the diesel fuel system and related parts. I don't know on the transmission, so I suggest swapping everything. What years are the trucks?
This will probably not be worth it unless you have unlimited time and lots of mechanical experience, and all the parts are free.

 

Okay thanks for the answer I am thinking know of the cummins diesal swap it will cost more but i will end up with better results in horsepower.
