I am looking to buy a spare tire for an 07 F150. I have the 18 inch rims but I dont think that matters on the spare. I'd be willing to look at just the rim, and rim & tire set. Someone stole mine off the back of the truck! Fortunately for me, I checked the local tire guys and haven't seen it yet, because if I did, I may be in jail right now. I posted this in the Want To Buy section as well, just not sure if alot of people look there. No wheel & tire here, but mine came with 20" wheels and 275/55-20 tires ...
... but spare is a 17" wheel and 275/65-17 tire, diameter is nearly the same.

I suspect the spares are pretty much the same, all around 31" OD.

 

If your truck come OEM with 20's your spare should be an 18", not 17".....if it is in fact a 17" some one changed it out.
