I have the 954's I love them, I paid just under $1K new so 800 with tires sounds good if they are decent. BE WARNED, THESE ARE WHAT I CONSIDER A VERY AGGRESSIVE OFFSET/BACKSPACING when used on the 06.

Maybe someone will chime in with more experience with offset/backspacing on the 04 vs 06.

I mean these perticular wheels will stick out past the fender more then your average wheel, just keep that in mind as far as tire size and steering clearance.

I would think you would be fine as long as you didnt run a tire any wider then 13.50

When I first lifted my truck I lifted in 6'' and with 36-15.50 tires and these wheels I couldnt even turn more then a 1/4 turn of the steering wheel. Had to go to the 8'' and trim my bumper.
